Wow how times have changed!
Hi, my name is Jean, the Happy Batter Baker. Baking is what I love to do. Remember the Easy-Bake Oven? I sure do. This is where it all started.
Thankfully my kitchen has come a long way since then.
I am a small, one person operation but bake with the heart and passion that can't be matched in a larger bake shop.
Over the years I have collected hundreds of recipes, most of which I have baked and sampled myself or with my family and friends. I would love to share those with you or let me know of your personal favorites and I would be more than happy to custom bake it your way.
